What is the standard delivery time?

How can I track my order ?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Can I modify my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. If the address you provided is incorrect, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address
How much are the shipping costs?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $260 CAD.If your order is under this limit, the standard shipping cost will apply

Casa Di NARO accepts the following forms of payment:

All payments are processed securely. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers at this time.
We currently accept only one payment method per order. This means you cannot combine multiple forms of payment (e.g., credit card and PayPal) for a single purchase
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@casadinaro.shop within 24 hours of placing it.
- Order Cancellations: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you would need to follow our return policy.
- Order Modifications: Changes such as updating shipping details, adjusting items, or modifying quantities can only be made if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

How can I return a product I purchased online?
To submit a return or exchange request, fill out the Return form. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the size and color you wish to receive in return. As next, our Customer Support specialists will contact you and offer to arrange a return using Canada Post. They will fill in the waybill and provide the necessary documents for you to send the return package
What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Sale items or items purchased during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake in processing your order.
Please be aware that the tear-off receipt of the invoice inserted in the parcel must be filled out and sent back along with the items for us to promptly process your return and refund the money..
